Itinerary

📍 Starting Point: Parking of the Peninsula Resort & Spa, Agia Pelagia
Check-in, safety briefing & short driving introduction

Stop 1: Rodia Village – Panoramic View Stop

Drive towards the traditional mountain village of Rodia and enjoy a short photo stop with spectacular views over the Mediterranean Sea stretching all the way to Heraklion.
A second short stop near the Tower of Modino offers more insight into the area and its history.

Stop 2: Achlada – Olive Oil Mill & Ghost Village

Visit a traditional olive oil mill with a guided tour explaining ancient and modern production methods, followed by a free tasting of olive oil and local products.
Continue with a guided walk through a nearby ghost village, frozen in time and surrounded by mountain scenery.

Nature & Off-Road Drive

Enjoy a scenic drive through olive groves, dirt tracks and quiet mountain roads. Along the way, keep an eye out for local wildlife such as sheep, goats and birds of prey.

Stop 3: Fodele Village

Free time in the lush riverside village of Fodele, birthplace of El Greco.
Explore local shops, walk through the village or taste the famous freshly squeezed orange juice.
